摘要

全民健身，利国利民，随着社会的发展人们开始愈来愈重视自己的身体健康，但在现在的中国由于生活水平层次不齐，所以其实不是所以的人都能够消费得起每天到健身房进行健身锻炼的，所以设计1款合适广大人民的需要，同时在普遍情况下能够承受的单人或多人健身的健身机是具有广阔的市场空间的，但现在的市场上的健身器械虽大部份是单人式多功能的组合健身器械，但由于其不和市场的标价从而使得健身器械到现在为止仍然不能进入普通人家，为此设计1款价廉，且功能符合需要白癜风丝瓜可以吃吗，实用的健身器械是我设计的主题，其中要注意避免像市场上的单人健身器械的利用率低的问题，同时满足人们的需要，除此以外还要求外型美观，安全耐用，工作安稳，便于保护，制造加工方便，本钱较低最为重要。

为此，我专门访问了许多的健身房和1些健身专柜进行实地考察，同时上网搜集资料，了解广大健身教练和用户的感受，同时调查他们的需要，总结各方面的要求，设计了该款但人多功能健身机。

本作品具有以下特点：

1：每一个作品只能进行单人锻炼。

2：使用方便，使用方便能够满足用户顺利操作和锻炼调理。

3：安全性好，工作安稳，安全系数值取稍大。

4:锻炼功能组合公道，符合大众健身的需要。

5：制造加工方便，性价比高。

6：结构紧凑，拼装设计，便于包装，运输。

Abstract

设计要求

根据健身器械的要求，作品应满足1下要求：

1）只能提供单人锻炼，但为多功能器械。

2）安全可靠，工作安稳，无噪声。

3）锻炼量可调理，每级5kg，操作方便。

4）设计公道，解决目前市场上健身机械的设计不足，并便于生产制造。

5）外型美观，采取拼装结构，便于包装运输。

6）选材公道，经济性能好，造价控制在2000元范围内。

虽然单人多功能健身机由上面这几部份组成，但在具体装配进程中仍然可能会有些许的变动，由于它触及得到零件的配合关系，和当地的地理环境。

同时结合市场和健身房里的健身器械，虽大部份都属于单人多功能型的，但由于某些体育公司为了谋求利益使得器械的强度达不到应有的强度要求，由此1旦器械坏了，将造成器械维修麻烦和器械的使用寿命不高等。所以在我的设计中非常注意材料的选择，只有注意了这方面才能有效地提高器械的性价比。

第2节：单人多功能健身机的设计进程

设计1台新健身器械并投放市场并没有看到的那末简单，他需要你提早做好市场调查，了解健身爱好者的需要，然后根据需要，提出健身机的设计要求，然后到提出设计方案，画草图，做出预览，然后修改，选材，加工，验证。因而可知，设计1台健身器械其实不是1朝1夕能够完成的事情，除此以外，设计1台健身器械讲求的是人们接受它，同时它上面的互换性要好。目录
